Welcome to AdInfinity. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform or entering into any service agreement with us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, and/or hiring AdInfinity for advertising or marketing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms that may apply. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

AdInfinity offers a range of services including but not limited to:

• Advertising campaign management
• Media buying and planning
• Social media marketing
• Creative design and branding
• Digital marketing strategy
• Video production and content creation

All services are provided based on a mutually agreed scope, timeline, and payment structure.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information required for the services.
• Approving content, creatives, and campaigns within specified timeframes.
• Ensuring they have the rights to any materials (logos, images, videos) they provide for use.

Delays in feedback, information, or payment may result in delays in project delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, concepts, and campaigns created by AdInfinity remain the intellectual property of AdInfinity unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, rights may be transferred to the client as outlined in the service agreement.

Materials provided by the client remain the client’s property. AdInfinity reserves the right to use completed projects in its portfolio or marketing unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are defined in the service agreement or invoice provided.
• Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
• Invoices must be paid in full and on time unless a written arrangement is made in advance.

All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

6. Revisions and Refunds

We offer a fixed number of revisions based on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Refunds are only issued if:

• Work has not commenced and a written request is received within 3 days of payment.
• AdInfinity fails to deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable timeframe (excluding client delays).

Partial refunds or adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and agree to keep confidential all sensitive and proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. We expect clients to do the same.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdInfinity is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
• Any loss due to client-provided errors, delayed feedback, or third-party actions.
• Platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads) that result in suspension or disapproval of ads beyond our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• All work completed up to that point will be billed.
• No refunds will be issued for work already delivered.
• Any outstanding dues must be settled immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a competent court in Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Updates to Terms

AdInfinity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
